OUR
SCHOOL, OUR FRIENDS
In the morning, Paul,
Fah, Pong and I went to SD Muhammadiyah Pakem (Elemantary School)
for meeting. This is our first time meeting with Indonesia teachers and
friends. They are so nice and friendly.
This
is breakfast box, so yummy
Let’s talk about SD Muhammadiyah Pakem.
I think, this place is pretty small, colorful and clean. I saw many small buildings,
many trees and flowers. Surprisingly, student uniform is very nice and colorful.
Many student wear different color suit. They enjoy and fun with their friends. When
I walked or went to the classroom, they always shy, smile and laugh that’s
adorable.
Next, we went back to
UII for the official orientation. We met our supervisors, host, buddies and
other. We introduced ourselves and learned the cultures in Indonesia such as
ways of life, greeting, food, do’s, don’t, money, time, personal space and
culture shock.
After that, our buddies
took us to the campus’ museum, we have learned about history of UII, personage
and important events. I remember that buddies told us about volcano eruption,
it is happen every five years, and here is dangerous zone!!
we all take selfie and enjoy our free time with buddies.
Food&drink review: I was expected this is very
sour, but it’s super sweet!
